Práce objasňuje a posuzuje nejzásadnější dopady nového občanského zákoníku na právní vztahy vznikající při realizaci bytového vlastnictví. Za tímto účelem srovnává koncepci bytového spoluvlastnictví podle zákona č. 89/2012 Sb. s koncepcí upravenou zákonem č. 72/1994 Sb., analyzuje § 3063 a rozebírá možnosti jeho interpretace. This thesis clarifies and assesses the impacts of the new Civil Code on legal relations arising from realization of apartment ownership. For this purpose comparison of conception of housing ownership under the Act No. 89/2012 Coll. with conception under the Act No. 72/1994 Coll. is performed, and § 3063 and it’s possible interpretations are analyzed.
