Dizertační práce navazuje na projekt religionistické reinterpretace počátků křesťanství, vyhlášený Burtonem L. Mackem v roce 1995. Soustřeďuje se na ty křesťanské tradice, které explicitně reflektují pád Jeruzaléma a zničení Jeruzalémského chrámu a často sloužily jako stavebními kameny eschatologického výkladu vzniku křesťanství. The dissertation follows the project which has been proclaimed by Burton L. Mack in 1995 and focused on a new academic redescription of Christian origins. The thesis concentrates on Christian traditions which closely reflect the fall of Jerusalem and the destruction of the Jerusalem temple and often provide a fundamental basis for the eschatological interpretation of earliest Christianity.
