Práce je zaměřena na problematiku vymezení vlastníka sousední nemovitosti, tedy souseda, jako účastníka řízení podle stavebního zákona s důrazem na účastenství v územním a stavebním řízení. K tomuto účelu je potřeba vymezit pojem „soused“ pomocí stavebního zákona i judikatury soudů. This bachelor's thesis is focused on the issue of defining the owner of a neighbouring property, namely a neighbour, as a participant in the proceedings under the Building Act, with emphasis on participation in area and building proceedings.
