Abstract:
The main aim of the bachelor thesis is to analyse short stories Einsam and DNA from collection Schuld from author Ferdinand von Schirach and to find important juridical discourses effecting the storyline. Then to support them with the binding and applicable regulation in german law and define the term of guilt and innocence in connection to the storyline.
Abstract:
Hlavním cílem bakalářské práce je zanalyzovat povídky Einsam a DNA ze sbírky Schuld od autora Ferdinanda von Schiracha, a najít v nich právní aspekty. Tyto aspekty následně podpořit jejich závaznou a platnou regulací v německém právu a vymezit pojem viny či neviny v návaznosti na dějovou linii povídek.
