Cílem diplomové práce je navrhnout projekt inovace informačního systému pro oběh dokumentů. V teoretické části jsou pomocí literární rešerše vysvětleny pojmy jako informace a informační systém. Je zde také definován informační systém podniku, dokument management system a teoretický popis metod využitých v analytické části práce.
