Abstract:
Bakteriální a mykotické patogeny jsou nejčastější příčinou systémové infekce vedoucí k sepsi. Monocyty jsou hlavním zdrojem efektorových molekul klíčových pro kontrolu rozvoje sepse. V průběhu sepse monocyty prodělají intenzivní změnu fenotypu, která je regulována aktivací transkripčních faktorů především NF-κB, NFAT a HIF-1α.
