Bakalárska práca sa zaoberá záväzkami a ich vplyvom na hodnotu majetku a podniku ako celku. Je rozdelená na štyri hlavné časti, z toho prvá sa venuje teoretickému vymedzeniu majetku podniku a jeho zdrojom financovania z účtovného pohľadu.
