Abstract:
This bachelor thesis focuses on the parental leave in the United States of America. The aim is to examine and describe the current policy of parental leave in the United States of America and subsequently compare it to the parental leave policy in the Czech Republic.
Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá rodičovskou dovolenou ve Spojených státech amerických. Jejím cílem je deskriptivní analýza současné politiky rodičovské dovolené ve Spojených státech amerických a následné srovnání se současnou politikou rodičovské dovolené v České republice.
