Diplomovou práci na téma „Daňová exekuce a dražba věcí movitých“ jsem napsala, jelikož v českých právních podmínkách neexistuje adekvátní odborná publikace, která by komplexně popisovala problematiku daňové exekuce prodejem movitých věcí. I wrote my theses in regards to ‘Tax Execution and Auction of Movable Property’ because there is no adequate publication in Czech law which would comprehensively describe problems in tax execution by selling of movable property.
