The Issue of Language Dubbing and Subtitles Using the Example of the Film "Das perfekte Geheimnis"

This work is focused on film translation. The main goal is to create the dubbing and subtitling material - the so-called subtitle and dialogue lists for the film "Das perfekte Geheimnis". Within the theoretical part, the reader is introduced to a brief history of the film, dubbing and subtitling. In the practical part, the author focuses mainly on the translation of the aforementioned film, its plot …more
Abstract:
Tato práce se zabývá filmovým překladem. Hlavním cílem je vytvoření podkladů pro dabing a titulky - tzv. titulkových a dialogových listin k filmu "Das perfekte Geheimnis". V rámci teoretické části je čtenáři představena stručná historie filmu, dabingu a titulkování. V praktické části se autorka věnuje především překladu již zmíněnému filmu, jeho ději a postavám.
