Loan Agreement and Its Use in Practice
Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá úvěrem jako kompletním řešením v teoretické i praktické rovině. Zkoumá rozdělení úvěrů a také popisuje úvěrovou smlouvu z hlediska věřitele i dlužníka. Také sumarizuje některé potenciální rizika ohledne zadlužení. Věnuje praktickým skutečnostem případů a zkušenostem uzavření úvěrové smlouvy.
Abstract:
Thesis deals with the loan and its complete solution in the theoretical and practical level. Examining the divisions of loans and describing credit agreement in terms of creditor and debtor. Also sums up some of the potential risks regarding debts. Concerning practical aspects and experience with the credit agreement.
