Mental Hygiene in Commercial Manager's Life

Abstract:

Snaha vyhnout se chybám, hyperodpovědnost, zvýšené emocionální napětí se v životě obchodního manažera stávají půdou pro vznik psychických onemocnění. Tato bakalářská práce se soustřeďuje na vysvětlení pojmů psychické zdraví, stres, osobnostní a situační úzkost. Každodenní stresy, kterým je obchodní manažer vystaven, do jisté míry přispívají k projevům vyčerpání, skleslosti a podrážděnosti. Příliš silná motivace být lepší, vyniknout, překonat v něčem ostatní vede k psychickému selhání. Výchova psychologické připravenosti na setkání se stresem a jeho neutralizace je základem pro osvojení si návyků samořízení a podporou psychického zdraví. V této práci jsou popsány a analyzovány příčiny vzniku psychického napětí a jsou zde uvedena doporučení vedoucí k jejich zmírnění a odstranění.

Abstract:

Aspiration to avoid the mistakes, hyper responsibility, high emotional tension become a breeding ground for the formation of mental disorders in the life of a commercial manager. This bachelor work is aimed at unfolding such concepts as mental health, stress, personal and situational anxiety. Everyday stress that the commercial manager receives to a greater or lesser extent contributes to the appearance of fatigue, depression and irritability. Too strong motivation to be better and to excel in everything may lead to a nervous breakdown. Psychological readiness to fight and eliminate stress is a basis of mastering the skills of self-regulation and maintenance of mental health. In this work the reasons for mental stress have been vividly analyzed and what is more the recommendations on eliminating them have also been emphasized.
