Teoretická časť diplomovej práce popisuje a stručne definuje pojem remeslo, predstavuje ho v historickom, ale taktiež aj súčasnom kontexte. Nasledujúca časť sa zaoberá designom, ktorý spolu s remeslom vytvára synergickú symbiózu. Abstract:
The theoretical part of the thesis describes and briefly defines the concept of craft, presents it in a historical but also a contemporary context. The next part deals with design, which creates a synergistic symbiosis together with craft.
