Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá implementací principů TPM ne vybraných pracovištích ve společnosti KALINA industries, s.r.o. Hlavní cílem práce je minimalizace nákladů na externí servisní služby zavedením udržitelné údržby, který je realizován s využitím metody DMAIC. Projekt je zahájen popisem současného stavu vybraných pracovišť. V další fázi jsou analyzovány příčiny poruchovosti technických zařízení a tvářecích nástrojů roku 2019 a vývoj nákladů na externí poskytovatele servisních služeb. Cílem je nalezení hlavních nedostatků. Ve fázi Improve a Control jsou realizovány nejvhodnější způsoby řešení konkrétního problému s využitím prvků filozofie TPM. Závěr je věnován zhodnocení úspěšnosti implementace TPM a zhodnocení projektu.

Abstract:

The thesis focuses on the implementation of TPM principles at selected workplaces in the company KALINA industries, s.r.o. The main objective is to minimize external service costs by introducing sustainable maintenance, which is realized by using the DMAIC method. The project part begins with a description of the current status of selected workplaces. In the next step, the causes of failure rate of the technical equipment and forming tools in 2019 and the development of the external servise costs are analyzed. The aim is to find the main shortcomings. In the Improve and Control Part, the most suitable ways of solving a specific problem are implemented using elements of the TPM philosophy. The conclusion is focused on the evaluation of the success of TPM implementation and the project evaluation.
