Abstract:
Práce je věnována analýze distribučních procesů ve společnosti Linde Gas a.s. Zaměřuje se na nalezení potenciálu úspor ve vztahu k distribuci kapalných plynů, zejména na úsporu dopravních nákladů. Zabývá se problematikou řízení projektů a prací s projektovými tými. Práce je spojena s popisem a aplikací metodiky Six Sigma jako nástroje projektového řízení.
Abstract:
The work deals with an analysis of distribution processes in company Linde Gas a.s. I focuses on the findings of the savings potential in connection to the bulk distribution, especially on the savings of the transport costs.
