Heating of Buildings and its Effect on Market Value
Abstract:
Cílem teoretické části bakalářské práce je technické a ekonomické porovnání třech variant soustav teplovodního vytápění včetně popisu paliv pro běžný typ rodinného domu. V praktické části oceňuji bytovou jednotku a bytový dům porovnávací metodou, výnosovou metodou a nákladovou metodou pro stanovení tržní hodnoty. V analytické části této bakalářské práci se věnuji analýze trhu s nemovitostmi.
Abstract:
The aim of this thesis is a technical and economic comparison of hot-water heating system including a description of the type of fuel for the current house. In a separate chapter, and I appreciate the accommodation unit apartment block comparison method, the yield method and cost method for the determination of market value.
