Bakalářská práce se zabývá zaměstnaneckými benefity v konkrétním podniku. Dané téma je při současné nízké míře nezaměstnanosti stále velmi aktuální. V teoretické rešerši se zaměřuje na vymezení základních pojmů, jako jsou zaměstnanecké benefity, jejich základní členění, výhody a nevýhody. The bachelor thesis deals with employee benefits in a particular company. The topic is still very current with the present low unemployment rate. In theoretical research it focuses on the definition of basic concepts, such as employee benefits, their basic division, advantages and disadvantages.
