Abstract:
Analýza sekundárního růstu xylému byla provedena ve vegetačním období roku 2017 na výzkumné ploše Rájec-Němčice. Práce byla zaměřena na kambiální aktivitu a diferenciaci buněk dřeva dvou různověkých porostů. Vzorky byly odebírány v týdenním intervalu pomocí nástroje Trephoru, následně z nich byly vyráběny trvalé preparáty, které byly mikroskopicky vyhodnoceny. Kambiální buňky byly aktivní od konce …more
Abstract:
The analysis of secondary growth of xylem was carried out during the growth season in 2017 in the research surface of Rájec-Němčice. The work was focused on a cambial activity and a differentiation of wood cells of two different age stands. Samples were taken by Trephor tool at weekly intervals.
