Stress Management in the Case of Members of the Police of the Czech Republic

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá stress managementem a syndromem vyhoření v případě příslušníků policie České republiky, a to nejdříve v obecné rovině a následně na úrovni konkrétního oboru. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Součástí teoretické práce jsou tři kapitoly, které mají za úkol seznámit s probíranou problematikou a uvést o ní základní informace, které budou následně využity v praktické části, pomocí které bude naplněn cíl této bakalářské práce. Informace v kapitolách budou v souladu s literární rešerší, provedenou pro tuto práci, a ve spojitosti s vlastními postřehy a zjištěními. První kapitola se zabývá charakteristikou policie České republiky, druhá kapitola stress managementem a třetí kapitola pojednává a syndromu vyhoření. Praktická část obsahuje dotazníkové šetření, na jehož základě budou zanalyzovány odpovědi dotazovaných respondentů na Územním odboru Příbram, dále zmíněna klíčová zjištění a vytvořen soubor doporučení, který pomůže v řešení této problematiky. Odpovědi z dotazníkového šetření budou v práci vyobrazené formou grafů.

Abstract:

This bachelor's thesis deals with stress management and burn-out syndrome in the case of members of the police of the Czech Republic, first at a general level and then at the level of a specific field. The thesis is divided into a theoretical and a practical part. Three chapters are part of the theoretical thesis, which have the task of introducing the discussed issue and providing basic information about it, which will subsequently be used in the practical part, with the help of which the goal of this bachelor's thesis will be fulfilled. The information in the chapters will be in accordance with the literature research carried out for this thesis and in connection with own observations and findings. The first chapter deals with the characteristics of the police of the Czech Republic, the second chapter with stress management and the third chapter with the burnout syndrome. The practical part contains a questionnaire survey, on the basis of which the answers of the interviewed respondents at the Příbram Regional Office will be analysed, key findings will also be mentioned and a set of recommendations will be created that will help in solving this issue. The answers from the questionnaire survey will be shown in the form of graphs.
