Diplomová práce se zabývá hodnocením toxicity syntetických barviv, používaných v průmyslu. Teoretická část je zaměřena na popis teorií barevnosti, třídění syntetických barviv, jejich použití a toxické účinky. Dále je pozornost věnována znečišťování ekosystému, typům účinků toxikantů a ekotoxikologickým biotestům. Abstract:
This thesis deals with the evaluation of toxicity of synthetic dyes used in the industry. The theoretical part is focused on the description of the theory of color, classification of synthetic dyes, their use and toxic effects.
