Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na téma Strategický management vybraného podniku. První část je věnována teoretické problematice daného tématu. Druhá část práce se zabývá představením podniku a strategickou analýzou vybraného podniku. Závěr práce zahrnuje celkové zhodnocení strategického managementu a návrhy na zlepšení vybraného podniku
Abstract:
This bachelor thesis is focused on the topic of Strategic management of a selected company. The first part is devoted to the theoretical issues of the topic. The second part deals with the introduction of the company and strategic analysis of the selected company. The conclusion of the thesis includes an overall evaluation of strategic management and suggestions for improving the selected company.
