Abstract:

I když je týmová práce na první pohled pro běžného člověka jednoduchou oblastí, skutečnost je jiná. Tato práce se zabývá podstatou týmové práce počínaje vybranými oblastmi z minulosti až po současnost. Význam týmové práce je s plynutím času stále důležitější. Význam této práce spočívá bližším objasnění vzniku týmu, rozdílu mezi týmem a skupinou, dále pak poukazuje na vhodné techniky a efektivitu týmové práce a v neposlední řadě objasňuje jednotlivé role, které zastává každý pracovník v týmu a vedle nich i vůdce, manažer týmu. Nejde zde o žádnou přehnanou analýzu, které by nerozuměl nikdo kromě odborníků v této oblasti. Naopak poukazuje se zde i na to, jaké klady a zápory každá z pozicí přináší. Vše by mělo být podáno tak, aby tomu porozuměl každý. Se všemi výše zmíněnými oblastmi je spojena spousta různých otázek a nejasností. Pokusím se v příštích kapitolách zodpovědět každou z nich.

Abstract:

While teamwork is at first sight for the current man of simple, the reality is different. This work deals with the essence of teamwork from the selected areas in the past to the present. The importance of teamwork is becoming increasingly important over time. The importance of this work is closer to clarify the emergence of the team, the difference between team and group, and then points to the appropriate technology and efficiency of teamwork and ultimately clarifies the roles, which takes every worker in the team and next to them and the leader, the team manager. It is not exaggerated the analysis, which would not understand except by experts in this field. By contrast, notes are also on the positives and negatives of each position brings. Everything should be made so that everyone understood that. With all the aforementioned areas is linked a lot of questions and uncertainties. Try in the next chapters to answer each of them.
