V bakalárskej práci sme rozoberali hodnotenie zamestnancov v bankovom sektore, počas ktorého dochádza k posudzovaniu významu istej skutočnosti. Je to porovnávanie, či je skutočnosť v zhode s určitým očakávaním alebo vopred stanoveným cieľom.
