Pedagogical communication in vocational training from the perspective of pupils

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na pedagogickou komunikaci ve výuce odborného výcvi-ku z pohledu žáka na střední škole. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Cílem teoretické části je definovat základní komunikaci a ostatní pojmy s ní spojené. Konkrétně se zaměřuje na pedagogickou komunikaci, pravidla této komunikace, hlavní aktéry v roli učitele a žáka, ale také na efektivitu a neefektivitu vzájemného vztahu sub-jektu a objektu výchovně-vzdělávacího procesu, který se následně odráží v procesu ko-munikace. Teoretická část využívá metodu analýzy odborné literatury, komparaci odliš-ných odborných teorií a následně závěrečnou syntézu získaných poznatků.Cílem praktické části je zjistit, jak probíhá komunikace mezi učitelem odborného vý-cviku a žáky, jaká jsou hlavní úskalí a nedostatky v této komunikaci, a to z pohledu žá-ka. Průzkumné šetření je provedeno prostřednictvím dotazníku. Respondenty tvoří žáci prvního a třetího ročníku oboru kadeřník na vybrané střední škole v Jihomoravském kraji. Data z dotazníků jsou statisticky zpracována do tabulek a grafů. Ze zjištěných výsledků budou vyvozeny závěry a doporučení pro pedagogickou praxi.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis is focused on pedagogical communication in teaching of vocational training from the point of view of the pupil at secondary school. The thesis is divided into the theoretical and the practical part. The aim of the theoretical part is to define basic communication and other concepts connected with it. Specifically, it focuses on pedagogical communication, the rules of this communication, the main actors in the role of the teacher and the pupil but also on efficiency and inefficiency of the mutual rela-tionship between the subject and the object of the educational process which is then reflected in the process of communication. The theoretical part uses the method of anal-ysis of reference literature, comparison of different expert theories and then the final synthesis of acquired knowledge.The aim of the practical part is to find out how the communication between the voca-tional training teacher and pupils goes, what are the main difficulties and shortages in this communication, from the point of view of the pupil. The survey is conducted through a questionnaire. Respondents are pupils of the first and the third year of the hairdresser field at selected secondary school in the South Moravian Region. The data from the questionnaire are statistically processed into tables and graphs. Results and the recommendations for pedagogical practice will be drawn from the findings.
