The aim of this thesis is to find out what effect the pandemic caused by the Covid-19 virus has on the job satisfaction of employees working from home, specifically in the two countries, namely in the Czech Republic and Hungary. Cieľom tejto diplomovej práce je zistiť aký vplyv má pandémia vyvolaná vírusom Covid-19 na zamestnaneckú spokojnosť , zamestnancov pracujúcich z domu, konkrétne v dvoch skúmaných krajinách a to v Českej republike a v Maďarsku.
