Interrogation

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na téma výslech. Obsahuje témata od historie výslechu až po praktickou část výslechu a to dotazník. Charakterizuje stádia výslechu a popisuje hlavní taktiku výslechu. Jedná se o výslech zaměřený na psychologii a psychologickou pomoc s vyslýchaným. Touto prací shrnuji, jaké osoby mohou být vyslýchány a jaké naopak ne. Bakalářská práce je také zaměřena náležitý postup a podmínky výslechu, prováděného pověřenými osobami z řad policistů, psychologů a úředníků správních orgánů.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis is focused on the topic of interrogation. It contains topics from the history of the interrogation to the practical part of the interrogation, namely the questionnaire. It characterizes the stages of interrogation and describes the main tactics of interrogation. It is an interrogation focused on psychology and psychological help with the interrogated. In this work, I summarize which people can be questioned and which cannot. The bachelor thesis is also focused on the proper procedure and conditions of interrogation, conducted by authorized persons from among police officers, psychologists and officials of administrative institutions.
