The analysis of the level condition skills of football players in category U17

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se věnuje analýze a určení úrovně silových schopností fotbalistů starší přípravky kategorie U10 a jejich následné komparaci s hráči stejné věkové kategorie jiné elitní české a evropské fotbalové akademie. Výzkumný soubor tvořilo 20 probandů ve věku 9 a 10 let, jejichž průměrná tělesná výška byla 141,55?3,29 cm a tělesná hmotnost činila 31,75?2,29 kg. Díky dvěma testům, které byly prováděny na hřišti s umělým povrchem v Olomouci jsem byl schopen zjistit silovou připravenost hráčů jak ofenzivních, tak defenzivních a jejich výsledky jsem mezi sebou porovnal. Pro určení úrovně silových schopností horních končetin probandů byl použit test hodu medicinbalem (2 kg) v sedě. Úroveň silových schopností dolních končetin byla určena na základě testu skoku do dálky z místa. Každý proband měl 3 pokusy a do výsledků se započítával pouze ten nejlepší. Následné vyhodnocení průměrných výsledků bylo porovnáváno s výsledky vrstevníků z jiných klubů v ČR i v zahraničí. Výsledky testů neukázaly výrazné rozdíly mezi probandy testovanými v Olomouci, nicméně rozdíly v porovnání s jinými akademiemi byl znatelný.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis is devoted to the analysis and determination of the level of strength abilities of category U10 football players and their subsequent comparison with players of the same age category of other elite Czech and European football academies. The research population consisted of 20 probands aged 9 and 10 years, whose average body height was 141.55?3.29 cm and body weight was 31.75?2.29 kg. Thanks to two tests that were conducted on an artificial turf field in Olomouc, I was able to determine the strength readiness of both offensive and defensive players and compare their results with each other. To determine the level of upper extremity strength of the probands, a medicine ball throwing test (2 kg) in a seated position was used. The strength level of the lower limbs was determined by the long jump test from a standing position. Each proband had 3 attempts and only the best attempt was included in the results. Subsequent evaluation of the average results was compared with the results of peers from other clubs in the Czech Republic and abroad. The test results did not show significant differences between probands tested in Olomouc, however, the differences compared to other academies was noticeable.
