The process of adapting new employees of assembly lines in the company Skoda Auto a.s.

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou procesu adaptace nových zaměstnanců, konkrétně nových zaměstnanců montážních linek ve společnosti Škoda Auto a.s. Jejím cílem je zanalyzovat adaptační proces nových zaměstnanců montážních linek ve společnosti Škoda Auto a.s., identifikovat jeho slabá místa a navrhnout opatření vedoucí ke zvýšení efektivity tohoto procesu. V teoretické části jsou vymezeny základní pojmy související s procesem adaptace, ale také jsou uvedeny její roviny, úrovně, využívané nástroje či zařazení v rámci personálních aktivit podniku. Navazující praktická část obsahuje výsledky dvou realizovaných dotazníkových šetření, na jejichž základě jsou v závěru práce identifikována slabá místa a doporučena možná řešení. Výstupy práce budou užitečné především pro samotnou společnost Škoda Auto a.s., která by v případě využití navržených opatření byla schopná snížit své náklady způsobené odchodem nového zaměstnance z důvodu nedostatečného začlenění.

Abstract:

This bachelor's thesis deals with the process of adaptation of new employees, specifically new employees of assembly lines in the company Škoda Auto a.s. Its aim is to analyse the adaptation process of new assembly line employees at Škoda Auto a.s., identify its weaknesses and propose possible solutions to increase efficiency of this process. The theoretical part defines the basic terms related to the process of adaptation, but also its levels, tools used or classification within the personnel activities of the company. The following practical part contains the results of two implemented questionnaire surveys, based on which weaknesses are identified at the end of the work and possible solutions are recommended. The results of the work will be useful especially for the company Škoda Auto a.s., which, if the proposed recommendation were used, would be able to reduce its costs caused by the departure of a new employee due to insufficient integration.
