Lymphoid malignancies are a group of haemato-oncological diseases affecting the human immune system by dysregulation of lymphocyte differentiation. Diagnosis involves the use of a spectrum of laboratory tests to detect the disease and assess the patient's condition. Lymfoidní neoplazie jsou skupinou hematoonkologických onemocnění, která ovlivňují imunitní systém člověka dysregulací diferenciace lymfocytů. Diagnostika zahrnuje použití spektra laboratorních testů k odhalení onemocnění a posouzení stavu pacienta.
