Czech-Italian cultural standards in formal relations

Abstract:

Podstata bakalářské práce na téma česko-italské kulturní standardy ve formálních vztazích spočívá ve stanovení a podrobné analýze kulturních rozdílů samovolně se vytvářejících ve formálním prostředí České republiky a Itálie. Nedostatečná znalost cizí kultury v mnohých případech může představovat potenciální nedorozumění či konflikt, cílem práce je zamezit těmto nepříjemným situacím pomocí přiblížení obou kultur a jejich charakteristických rysů chování na formální půdě. Poznatky jsou definovány na základě teoretických kulturních typologií propojených s vlastním výzkumem zkoumajícím kulturní standardy obou zemí.

Abstract:

The essence of the bachelor's thesis on Czech-Italian cultural standards in formal relations consists in the determination and detailed analysis of cultural differences spontaneously arising in the formal environment of the Czech Republic and Italy. Lack of knowledge of a foreign culture in many cases can represent a potential misunderstanding or conflict, the aim of the thesis is to avoid these unpleasant situations by bringing both cultures and their characteristic features of behaviour on formal ground closer together. The insights are defined on the basis of theoretical cultural typologies linked to actual research examining the cultural standards of both countries.
