Analysis of damage to forest stands by logging activities in the Bílá forest district

Abstract:

Má práce se zabývá poškozováním lesních porostů a dopady technologií na půdu ve vytypované oblasti. Snažil jsem se vyhodnotit poškození půdy působením strojů na půdní povrch, vlivem počasí a střídání ročního období. Negativními vlivy ovlivňující hlavně tvorbou kolejí, které vznikají při průjezdu techniky v lesních porostech. Soustředil jsem se především na nahodilé a úmyslné těžby. Měření jsem prováděl v bodech dle zvolené metody na lokalitách, kde probíhali těžební zásahy. Výsledné hodnoty byly porovnány s výsledky měření jiných autorů. Z tohoto pak vyplynul návrh opatření ke zlepšení situace při poškozování lesních porostů.

Abstract:

My work deals with the damage to forest stands and the impact of technology on the soil in selected areas. I tried to evaluate the soil damage caused by machines on the soil surface, due to the weather and changing seasons. Negative influences caused by the creation of ruts that are created during the passage of machinery in forests stands. I concentrated mainly on random and intentional logging. I measured at the points according to the chosen method at locations where logging operations took place. The resulting values were compared with the measurement of other authors. This then resulted in the proposal for measures to improve the situation of forest stands.
