History and Present of Breweries in Czech Silesia.

Abstract:

Cílem diplomové práce je vytvořit přehledový katalog vybraného segmentu pivovarů na území Českého Slezska. Práce bude rozdělena do dvou částí. První část se bude věnovat problematice pivovarů a pivovarnictví obecně. Součástí bude historický přehled rozvoje pivovarnictví a procesu výroby piva. Druhá část práce bude zaměřena na představení oblasti zájmu. Významná pozornost bude věnována historickému vývoji pivovarů ve městech a obcích Českého Slezska od dob jejich založení po současnost. Práce bude vycházet prioritně z rešerše odborných pramenů a literatury.

Abstract:

The aim of the diploma thesis is to create an overview catalog of a selected segment of breweries in the Czech Silesia. The thesis will be divided into two parts. The first part will be about the issue of breweries and brewing in general. It will include a historical overview of the development of brewing and the process of beer production. The second part of the thesis will focus on the presentation of the area of interest. Significant attention will be paid to the historical development of breweries in towns and villages of the Czech Silesia from the time of their establishment to the present. The thesis will be based primarily on a search of vocational sources and literature.
