Design and Verification of the Functionality of a Device for Measuring the Relative Emissivity of Rubber in Dependence on the Temperature Range.

Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá návrhem, konstrukcí a ověřením funkčnosti přípravku pro měření relativní emisivity pryže v závislosti na teplotním rozsahu. Teoretická část ve svém úvodu nejprve popisuje úvod do dané problematiky. V návaznosti na tuto část, práce dále pojednává o termografii a jejích fyzikálních základech. Následně práce pojednává o emisivitě, její definici, závislostech a o způsobech jejího určování. V této části je také rozebrán současný stav a problematika spojená s měřením emisivity pryžových materiálů. V návaznosti na tuto část, práce dále popisuje konstrukci přípravků a možnosti vakuového upínaní vzorků. V praktické části diplomové práce bylo provedeno experimentální měření relativní emisivity pryže pomocí dostupných prostředků, čímž byla zdůvodněna potřeba konstrukce přípravku pro měření relativní emisivity pryže. Následně byl s ohledem na definované požadavky na konstrukci proveden návrh CAD modelu konstrukce přípravku pro měření relativní emisivity pryže pomocí programu SolidWorks 2020. V návaznosti na tvorbu CAD modelů je uveden popis jednotlivých součástí sestavy, včetně popisu sestavení prototypu přípravku a popis funkce kompletního přípravku s ohledem na měření relativní emisivity pryže. Závěrem byla vypracována výkresová dokumentace přípravku.

Abstract:

This diploma thesis deals with the design, construction and verification of the functionality of a fixture for measuring relative rubber emissivity with dependence on the temperature range. The theoretical part initially describes the introduction to the above mentioned issue. In connection with that, the work then discusses thermography and its physical foundations. Subsequently, the thesis deals with emissivity, its definition, dependencies and methods of its determination. This section also discusses the current state and issues associated with measuring the relative emissivity of rubber materials. Following this section, the thesis also describes the design of fixtures and the possibilities of vacuum clamping of test samples. In the practical part of the thesis, an experimental measurement of the relative rubber emissivity is performed using available equipment, thus justifying the need for the design of a fixture for measuring the relative emissivity of rubber. Subsequently, with regards to the defined design requirements, a CAD model of the fixture design for measuring the relative rubber emissivity is created using the SolidWorks 2020 program. Following the creation of CAD models, a description of the individual assembly components, including a description of the fixture prototype assembly and an instruction manual for the complete fixture with respect to the measurement of the relative emissivity rubber emissivity is given. In conclusion a drawing documentation of the fixture is compiled.
