Analysis of the impact of sustainable investments on companies with special consideration of financial management

Abstract:

In this study it was analyzed how sustainable investments, with special consideration to financial management, impact corporations. It incorporates regulatory initiatives in the development of a taxonomically defined and quantified sustainability of economic activities, examining the resulting metrics within the context of financial management and the information relationship with investors. It identifies influences on dividend policy and demonstrates a positive correlation with market-driven sustainability indicators.

Abstract:

In dieser Ausarbeitung wird analysiert, wie sich nachhaltige Investments unter besonderer Berücksichtigung des Finanzmanagements auf Unternehmen auswirken. Unter dem Einbezug regulatorischer Vorstöße der Entwicklung einer taxonomisch abgegrenzten und quantifizierten Nachhaltigkeit von Wirtschaftsaktivitäten werden die resultierenden Kennzahlen im Kontext des Finanzmanagements und innerhalb der Informationsbeziehung mit Kapitalgebern betrachtet. Dabei werden Einflüsse auf die Ausschüttungspolitik sowie eine positive Korrelation zu marktgetriebenen Nachhaltigkeitsindikatoren nachgewiesen.
