c-Myb in embryonic mammalian development
Abstract:
Molekuly z Myb rodiny transkripčních faktorů hrají klíčovou roli jako regulátory kmenových a progenitorových buněk v kostní dřeni, střevních kryptách a některých oblastech mozku. Změněná aktivita Myb pak vede k řadě závažných až letálních fenotypů. Cílem práce bude shrnutí aktuálních poznatků týkajících se molekul Myb, zejména c-Myb, a to s ohledem na jejich uplatnění v embryonálním vývoji savců.
Abstract:
The Myb family of transcription factors plays a crucial role as regulators of stem and progenitor cells in the bone marrow, gastrointestinal crypts and some parts of the brain. Altered Myb activity leads to several significant or even lethal phenotypes.
