Práce přináší přehled účinků návykových látek na chování řidičů a snaží se zhodnotit, zda návykové látky skutečně ovlivňují řízení vozidel a možnost způsobit dopravní nehodu. The work presents an overview of the effects of addictive substances on the behaviour of drivers and tries to evaluate whether addictive substances actually affect the driving of vehicles and the possibility of causing a traffic accident.
