Possibilities of Financing the Accompanying Organizations of Foster Care

Abstract:

Diplomová práce rozebírá možnosti financování doprovázející organizace pěstounské péče. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a výzkumnou část. V rámci teoretické části je popsána oblast sociální práce, neziskového sektoru a jeho možností financování a související koncepty v kontextu diplomové práce. Výzkumnou část diplomové práce tvoří metodologie a interpretace nasbíraných dat, kdy je provedena kvalitativní strategie a analýza financování konkrétních doprovázejících organizací pěstounské péče pomocí zakotvené teorie. Cílem diplomové práce je nalézt a zmapovat veškeré možnosti financování doprovázejících organizací pěstounské péče, poskytnout tak možný přínos do praxe za vzniku uceleného souboru dostupných a vhodných možností financování doprovázejících organizací.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis analyzes the financing options accompanying foster care organizations. The thesis is divided into a theoretical and a research part. Within the framework of the theoretical part, the area of social work, the non-profit sector and its funding possibilities and related concepts are described in the context of the diploma thesis. The research part of the thesis consists of the methodology and interpretation of the collected data, where a qualitative strategy and analysis of the financing of specific accompanying foster care organizations is carried out using the grounded theory. The aim of the diploma thesis is to find and map all financing options for accompanying foster care organizations, and thus providing a possible contribution to practice by creating a comprehensive set of available and suitable financing options for accompanying organizations.
