Design of internal communication in a selected company

Abstract:

Cílem této diplomové práce je návrh na zlepšení interní komunikace ve vybrané společnosti. Efektivní komunikace je důležitou součástí každé úspěšné společnosti především v době pandemie a zavádění krizové komunikace. Diplomová práce se skládá ze tří částí, a to z teoretické, praktické a návrhové části. Teoretická část se opírá o podložené zdroje pro pochopení fungování interní komunikace v podniku. Dále také o fungování komunikačních kanálů a možné bariéry komunikace. Praktická část se zaměřuje na prozkoumání současného stavu interní komunikace ve vybrané společnosti. Díky rozhovoru s manažery obsahuje také současné vnímání problematiky. Návrhová část obsahuje plány na zavedení nového firemního informačního systému pro zefektivnění předávaných informací ve vybrané společnosti. Závěr celé práce představuje návrh implementace ke zrealizování nového informačního systému do společnosti pro zefektivnění interní komunikace.

Abstract:

The aim of this diploma thesis is a proposal to improve internal communication in a selected company. Effective communication is an important part of any successful society, especially in times of pandemic and crisis communication. The diploma thesis consists of three parts: theoretical, practical and design. The theoretical part is based on sound resources for understanding the functioning of internal communication in the company. Furthermore, the functioning of communication channels and possible barriers to communication. The practical part focuses on examining the current state of internal communication in a selected company. Thanks to the interview with the managers, it also contains the current perception of the issue. The design part contains plans for the introduction of a new corporate information system to streamline the information provided in the selected company. The conclusion of the whole work is a proposal of implementation for the implementation of a new information system in the company to streamline internal communication.
