Diplomová práce pojednává o antidiskriminačním právu a politice EU a jejich vlivu na ČR. Za tímto účelem nejprve rozebírá důvody vzniku a vývoj antidiskriminačních aktivit Unie, poté se zaměřuje na unijní primární i sekundární antidiskriminační legislativu. This thesis deals with anti-discrimination law and policy of the EU and its influence for the Czech Republic. For this purpose thesis at first goes over cause of inception and evolution of anti-discrimination activities of the Union and then it focuses on union’s primary and secondary law dealing with prohibition of discrimination.
