Statistical Evaluation of Repeatability Conditions for Surface Quality Assessment According to ISO Standards

Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá zkoumáním způsobů vyhodnocení jakosti povrchu řezné plochy vzorků z různých materiálů po obrábění laserem CO2 a vláknovým laserem. Jakost povrchu vyjádřená parametry drsnosti Rz a Ra je zkoumána v závislosti na materiálu vzorku a použité technologie obrábění. Za tímto účelem jsou v teoretické části nejprve shrnuty pojmy a definice dané příslušnými normami ISO, v dalších kapitolách jsou stručně představeny statistické metody pro vyhodnocování naměřených dat. Poslední část teoretické části se věnuje problematice použití neuronových sítí pro vyhodnocování naměřených dat. V praktické části byla statisticky vyhodnocena naměřená data ze šesti vzorků. Na základě závěrů této analýzy byly posouzeny možnosti neuronových sítí při určení materiálu daného vzorku pomocí známých parametrů drsnosti.

Abstract:

This diploma thesis deals with methods of evaluation of surface quality of the cut surface of the given samples made from different materials. These samples are cut with either CO2 laser or fibre laser. Quality surface is given by the roughness parameters Rz, Ra and Rmr, which are analysed in dependence on the material of the sample and the technology used. For this purpose, theoretical part starts with terms and definitions, given by relevant ISO standards. Next chapters describe brief introduction into methods of statistical analysis. Last part is devoted to using neuron networks for data analysis. In practical part data of six samples were statistically analysed. Based on this analysis possibilities of using neuron networks for determination of the material were judged.
