Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá studií kancelářských prostor ústřední budovy firmy Area TZB a.s. v Dobřichovicích s ohledem na zkušenosti autorky po dvouletém působení v tomto pracovním prostředí. Hlavním cílem práce je identifikace možností a strategie, jak zefektivnit a modernizovat konkrétní pracovní prostory s důrazem na současné potřeby a trendy v oblasti pracovního prostředí. Teoretická část práce je zaměřena na historii a vývoj kancelářských prostorů, dále práce naskýtá možnost vytvořit si ucelený pohled na vývoj pracovního prostředí a s tím související teoretické koncepty. Praktická část práce analyzuje současný stav pracovních prostorů, identifikuje oblasti potenciálního zlepšení a navrhuje konkrétní strategii a opatření pro jejich zlepšení. Výsledkem práce je poskytnutí vypracované studie těchto prostorů a případná navazující spolupráce při realizaci jejich modernizace.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis focuses on the study of office spaces within the central building of the company Area TZB a.s. in Dobřichovice, taking into account the author's experiences after two years of working in this environment. The main objective of the thesis is to identify possibilities and strategies for streamlining and modernizing specific workspaces, with an emphasis on current needs and trends in the field of work environment. The theoretical part of the thesis is dedicated to the history and evolution of office spaces, providing a comprehensive overview of the development of work environments and related theoretical concepts. The practical part analyzes the current state of workspaces, identifies areas for potential improvement, and proposes specific strategies and measures for enhancement. The outcome of the thesis is the provision of a developed study of these spaces and potential subsequent collaboration in implementing their modernization.
