Tématem této diplomové práce je „Analýza vývoje náhrad za dobu nemoci zaměstnanců“. Diplomová práce se zabývá analýzou a historickým vývojem poskytování nemocenských dávek a náhrady mzdy za dobu nemoci. Teoretická část zachycuje systém podle platné legislativy a nastiňuje historický vývoj v ČR, poté je popsán systém nemocenského pojištění ve vybraných zemích EU.
