Using of amorphous solid dispersion in pharmacy
Abstract:
Tato práce se zaměřuje na strategie zlepšení rozpustnosti a biodostupnosti léčiv, zejména na amorfní pevné disperze. Popisuje klasifikaci, výhody, nevýhody a metody přípravy amorfních pevných disperzí. Uvádí konkrétní příklady komerčních léčiv vyráběných ve formě pevných disperzí.
Abstract:
This work is aimed at strategies of improvement of solubility and bioavailability, especially at amorphous solid dispersions. The classification, advantages and disadvantages and preparation of solid dispersions are described. Specific examples of commercial drugs produced in the form of solid dispersions are presented.
