Diplomová práce se zabývá perzistentními organickými polutanty, které se přidávají do materiálů používaných ve vnitřním prostředí. Jedná se zejména o perfluorované látky (PFCs), používané jako povrchové surfaktanty, a bromované zpomalovače hoření (BRFs). This thesis studies persistent organic pollutants added to the indoor materials. These are especially perfluorinated compounds (PFCs) used as surfactants, and polybrominated flame retardants (BRFs). These compounds have specific physicochemical properties and they are used in various industrial applications (plastics, textiles, construction materials, electrical and electronic equipments, etc.).
