Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se věnuje analýze hospodaření obce Bystřice nad Pernštejnem. Teoretická část se zabývá představením základních pojmů jako je obec, orgány obce a druhy obcí, rozpočet obce a výdaje a příjmy obce. Praktická část je zaměřena na přezkoumání hospodaření obce a následné porovnání se třemi podobnými obcemi.

The bachelor thesis focuses on analysing economy of the municipality Bystřice nad Pernštejnem. The theoretical part deals with the introduction of basic concepts such as the municipality, municipal bodies and types of municipalities, municipal budget and expenditures and revenues of the municipality.
