Podnik může financovat svou činnost buď z vlastních nebo cizích zdrojů. Jestli, že podnik nemá dostatečné množství vlastního kapitálu, musí co nejvhodněji zvolit alternativní způsob financovaní z cizích zdrojů. A company may finance their activities either from its own or borrowed capital. If the company does not have enough equity it should choose the most appropriate alternative means of finance from borrowed capital. Financing of debts is one of the basic forms of borrowed capital.
