Práce má za cíl popsat komunikaci napříč obchodním řetězcem o použití chemických látek a vytvořit IT nástroj k realizaci toku informací o látce. První část práce popisuje základní principy směrnice REACH s důrazem na komunikaci napříč obchodním řetězcem a časový rozvrh naplnění směrnice EU parlamentu číslo 1907/2006 REACH.
