Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá zkratkami, značkami a jejich čtením. V první části jsme se zaměřili na historii, tvoření, výslovnost a klasifikaci zkratek. Zmínili jsme zde i značky, ty jsme rozdělili na písmenné a číselné. V další části jsme se zabývali zkratkami, které se vyskytují v současné inzerci. Tímto směrem byl zaměřen i dotazník, ve kterém jsme se jednotlivých potencionálních čtenářů inzerátů ptali na to, jestli vybraným zkratkám rozumí a jsou schopni k nim přiřadit plné pojmenování. V závěru je vyhodnocen dotazník, který je důležitou součástí této práce.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis presents the concept of abbreviations, symbols and their definitions. In the first part, we focused on the history, formation, pronunciation and classification of abbreviations. We also analyzed symbols which are divided into two categories such as letter and numerical. In the other part, we included the abbreviations that can be found in present advertisements. In the enclosed questionnaire, respondents were asked if they understood selected abbreviations and were able to assign a full name to an abbreviation. The questionnaire, which is an important part of this work, is evaluated at the end of the work.
