The Financial Penalty
Abstract:
Předkládaná práce je zaměřena na institut peněžitého trestu v České republice, který prošel v posledních letech výraznými změnami. Zejména se jedná o zavedení systému denních sazeb, rozšíření podmínek pro jeho uložení, prodloužení náhradního trestu odnětí svobody nebo více než sedminásobné zvýšení jeho maximální výměry a také možnosti jej uložit i právnickým osobám. Presented work is focused on the institute of financial penalty in Czech republic which has been lately substantially changed. Mainly it is introducing new system of daily fees, broader conditions for applying this penalty, longer substitute punishment of imprisonment or more than seven times higher maximal value and also possibility of inflicting this punishment on legal persons.
