Use of the Foresight Cyber platform for OPF NET security risk analysis

Abstract:

Cílem práce je identifikace specifických bezpečnostních rizik ve firemní počítačové síti. Analýza probíhá pomocí specializovaného software poskytnutou firmou Foresight Cyber s.r.o. Tato firma rovněž poskytla odborné vedení a konzultace pro práci se softwarem a pro analýzy. Vlastní analýzy a způsoby řešení probíhají pomocí Foresight Cyber platformy na základě dat získaných v prostředí sítě OPF NET ve spolupráci s UIT, identifikace se provádí na úrovni síťových adres. Teoretická část je zaměřena na popis kybernetické bezpečnosti a jeho vztahu k jednotlivým prvkům. V praktické části jsou následně popsány postupy pro použití platformy a podpůrných programů pro zobrazení jednotlivých objektů a zranitelností, které platforma zpracovala. Na základě identifikovaných rizik jsou v závěru práce vypsány doporučení pro IT oddělení.

Abstract:

The goal of this bachelor thesis is identification of specific security risks in the company computer network. The analysis is carried out using specialized software provided by the company Foresight Cyber s.r.o. This company also provided professional guidance and consulting for working with the software and for analysis. Own analyzes and solution methods are carried out using the Foresight Cyber platform on the basis of data obtained in the OPF NET network environment in cooperation with UIT, identification is carried out at the network address level. The theoretical part is focused on the description of cyber security and its relationship to individual elements. The practical part of this bachelor thesis describes procedures for using the platform and supporting programs for to view individual objects and vulnerabilities processed by the platform. Based on the identified risks, recommendations for the IT department are written at the end of the work.
